Payment & Commission Process:

At this time, I only accept PayPal as payment.To commission me, send me a DM on any social (found below)!Sketching will start within a few days of receiving full payment.You will have the option to request changes after the sketch is done and after the flat colors are done respectively.I work slowly. Do not worry if you don't hear anything for a few days, I promise I have not forgotten about you!

Rush Fees:

Rush fees guarantee that I will finish your commission within a close deadline, agreed upon on a case by case basis.Only one rushed commission will be taken at a time.Depending on the complexity of the commission and my current workload and queue I will charge between 25% and 75% of the commission price.Rush fees do NOT entail that I pause work on my other commissions in favor of the new one, but rather that I will work more hours every day to finish the rushed commission.Rush fees might not be possible for every commission depending on the complexity of the piece as well as the time-frame.In the off chance that I can't meet the agreed upon deadline, I will either refund you the rush fee and finish the commission without a rush or we can come to another agreement.

Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to all terms of service stated below and in your invoice.

I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time, for any reason.If I decide to cancel your commission, you will get a full refund unless we come to another agreement.If you decide to cancel your commission, you only get a refund of the parts that I haven't done yet.If you decide to cancel your commission, you will receive the file for the last completed & paid for step.This commission includes free corrections at the sketch phase, any later corrections might come with an upcharge depending on complexity.Major corrections and changes that arise after the sketch phase and which were the result of unclear or insufficient reference material provided by the customer will come with a non-negotiable charge.Deadlines can only be guaranteed if I am informed about them when accepting payment.Commissions can take up to two months once paid off, but the average completion time is one to four weeks, depending on my workload and the commission type. Significant delays will be communicated with the customer.You retain all rights to your character.I retain the copyright to any artwork I produce.Printing and distributing copies is only allowed for personal use. Commercial use, such as selling prints or merchandise is not allowed.If you wish to use your commission for commercial use, state it clearly in your inquiry and we can come to an agreement.You are not allowed to remove any watermarks, signatures or alter your commission in any way without prior permission.You are not allowed to use my artwork to train generative artificial intelligence or use artificial intelligence to upscale or alter my artwork in any way.By commissioning me, you agree that the characters you provide are either your own or you have the owner's permission to use them in the way depicted by my commission.If the owner of any character depicted does not agree with the commission content, you will either pay full price for a change or the image will be deleted without a refund.
