Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to all terms of service stated below and in your invoice.I reserve the right to decline any commission that I don't want to do, for any reason.I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any point, because of any reason.If I decide to cancel your commission you will get a full refund.If you decide to cancel your commission you only get a refund of the parts that I haven't done yet.If you decide to cancel your commission you will not get the unfinished piece or the rights to it.Deadlines can only be guaranteed if they are communicated BEFORE accepting payment.If you decide on a Deadline I can't meet after I've started, I will not be able to give you a full refund.I can only guarantee free correction of any mistakes if your provided reference was digital, unshaded and clearly displayed the detail that I got wrong.By commissioning me, you agree that the characters you provide are either your own, or you have the explicit agreement of the owner to use them in the way depicted by my commission.If the owner of any character depicted appears to not agree with the commission, you will either pay full price for a change or the image will be deleted without a refund.You are not allowed to post the picture on social media without giving credit to me or removing any signatures.
