Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to all terms of service stated below and in your invoice.I can only guarantee free correction if your provided reference was digital, unshaded, and the detail I got wrong was clearly visible.I reserve the right to decline any commission that I don't want to do, for any reason.I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time, for any reason.If I decide to cancel your commission, you will get a full refund unless we come to another agreement.If you decide to cancel your commission, you only get a refund of the parts that I haven't done yet.If you decide to cancel your commission, you will not get the unfinished piece or the rights to it.Deadlines can only be guaranteed if I know about them BEFORE accepting payment.If you decide on a deadline that I can't meet after payment was received, I cannot guarantee a full refund.By commissioning me, you agree that the characters you provide are either your own or you have the owner's permission to use them in the way depicted by my commission.If the owner of any character depicted does not agree with the commission content, you will either pay full price for a change or the image will be deleted without a refund.You are not allowed to remove any watermarks or signatures for any reason without express permission from me.When posting the picture normally (excluding profile pictures or similar) please link back to at least one of my relevant socials.
